CIEEM Autumn Conference 2017: Mitigation, Monitoring and Effectiveness

The CIEEM Autumn Conference will be held at Manchester’s Mercure Piccadilly Gardens on 21st to 22nd November 2017.

This year’s CIEEM autumn conference topic is mitigation, monitoring and effectiveness.  This two-day conference will focus on recent research into the effectiveness of habitat and species mitigation, innovative approaches to monitoring and data capture/use.  As well as the role of the profession in contributing to the evidence base for the effectiveness of mitigation techniques.

We are delighted to be confirmed as exhibitors at this year’s autumn conference.  The conferences subject strikes at the very core of Contract Ecology’s service offerings.  We previously exhibited at the CIEEM Summer Conference in Birmingham in 2016 and we want to build on that.  We welcomed many fantastic professionals within the ecological industry to our stand at that event.  And over the course of the two days in Manchester we want to meet many more new customers who want to find a habitat and mitigation contractor they can trust in to get the work done and done right.

Contract Ecology Ltd specialises in ecological advise, habitat creation and mitigation contracting services.  Helping customers to offset a developments impact upon a protected species or habitat.

And our habitat and mitigation services are extensive. From reedbed and watercourse management for water voles, installing nest boxes for bats and barn owls, planting new woodland and creating new wildflower meadows.  Most importantly, all our works are undertaken by professional ecologists.  Another reason why our chosen implementation techniques will bring the best opportunity for success.

Want to arrange a face to face meeting with one of our team?  We would love to hear from you.  Please get in touch and we will book you your own private break out session at the event. Creating the opportunity to discuss any technical matters or product queries you might have for your mitigation scheme or habitat management proposals.  Sessions are free.  We’re happy to help.  Call 01772 731404 or email to book your session.

The CIEEM Autumn Conference is open to CIEEM and non CIEEM members.  However, spaces are limited.  Tickets can be booked via the CIEEM website at
